The Challenge
Corporate companies were relying on generic multi-tenant SaaS tools for digital business cards — tools that offered no brand control, shared infrastructure, and recurring fees that scaled with headcount. Teams needed a fully private, white-label solution they could own, brand, and deploy under their own domain without depending on a third-party platform.
Strategy
We designed a single-tenant architecture where each company gets its own dedicated deployment, database, and admin dashboard. The strategy prioritised ownership over convenience — no shared infrastructure, no vendor lock-in. We focused on enterprise UX, role-based access, and a premium template library that would cover every industry vertical from legal to hospitality.
Solution
We built NC dCard — a production-ready digital business card platform using Next.js 14, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM, deployed on a dedicated VPS with Plesk on AlmaLinux. The platform includes 15 structurally unique card templates, QR code generation, NFC-ready links, lead capture with analytics, employee management, role-based permissions, and a full admin dashboard — all white-labelled under the client's domain.
Outcome
NC dCard is live at naimatcreatix.com and actively used by HNM Studio's corporate clients. The platform eliminated recurring SaaS costs, gave companies complete ownership of their digital identity system, and reduced card creation time from days to minutes. Employees can share NFC or QR-enabled cards instantly with full branding consistency.
